Trolls

"The trolls. They loved nothing more than to sing, and dance, and hug..."

Last night my niece and her daughter spent the night . I am helping her plan her baby girls birthday party. Trolls. She loves Poppy. I had never seen the movie before last night, it was a really cute movie. Great story line. The soundtrack was really good as well. We sang, painted and danced.

All of the mushrooms and the houses are cut out and some of them painted. We even drew a large 'Pin the nose on Poppy.'

We are also doing life size trolls on cardboard with holes cut out where the faces would go. You know, those things you see at tourist attractions, where you stick your face in it for pictures! Can't wait! It's going to be cute!

On the houses we will be adding feathers. We plan on adding feathers to the top of the houses where we will be hanging them. We also will be adding pink puffs on the 'Pin the nose on Poppy' for her nose, using velcro.

Maybe I will add a Part II to this Troll blog. I think posting pictures and more on the party will be a lot of fun.

There still is a lot of work to be done, but I think the end result for OUR little Poppy will be worth it.
